Optimize digestion
It doesn’t matter how well you’re eating if you’re not absorbing any nutrients. If you’re suffering from reflux, indigestion, lack of appetite, bloating, gas, diarrhea, and/or constipation this is a sign that your digestive system needs some support. Through an analysis of your health history and symptoms combined with functional testing, we can identify the root cause of your digestive woes. We then will put together a tailored plan that will help to heal the digestive tract and make eating a source of pleasure rather than discomfort.
Correct nutrient imbalances
If you’re confused about whether you should be eating low carb, low fat, high protein, carnivore, vegan, etc., you’re not alone! We will work together to identify the appropriate mix of protein, fat, and carbohydrate that makes you feel your best. By reviewing your dietary patterns and leveraging both conventional and functional labwork, we will identify any vitamins, minerals, or phytonutrients that are needed to promote optimal health. Reduce toxic burden
There have been thousands of new chemicals introduced into our environment since the Industrial Revolution. These chemicals are in our furniture, our clothes, our food, the water we drink and the air we breathe. Luckily, our bodies are equipped with an amazing detoxification system, but sometimes it needs some support. Stress, poor diet, and genetics can hamper how well we remove these toxins from our bodies, creating symptoms like fatigue and inflammation, and increasing our risk of metabolic disease and cancer. As part of your personalized plan, we will work on mitigating exposure to unnecessary toxins and supporting your body’s detoxification pathways through proper diet, hydration, and targeted supplementation when necessary.

We’ll develop a strategy for incorporating stress management into your routine in a way that is realistic and achievable, and support your taxed adrenal glands with nutrients and herbal remedies where it makes sense.
